Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in total • Hands-on Engineering Manager with 5+ years industry experience • 2+ years managing engineers in early to mid-stage startups • Experience with JavaScript • Excellent coding and management skills • Knowledge of NodeJs or NextJS and Typescript • Experience shipping code into production • Ability to write Technical Specs • Excellence in communication • Advanced English • Nice to have: Chakra-ui, Awlix, Postgress, Mongo, Redis, Snowflake • Worked at a Fintech before is a plus
