Description
• Designing and deploying advanced AI/ML solutions for fraud detection and generative AI • Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate machine learning models into data platform • Drive development and deployment of AI solutions to enhance products • Lead efforts in analysis, experimentation, and machine learning to advance data landscape • Mentor team members and drive product innovation
Requirements
• 7+ years of combined experience in AI/ML • Proven expertise in collaborating with product teams to align AI/ML models with feature development and business goals • Experience in building, deploying, and scaling ML models • Strong knowledge of data journey, architecture, and engineering practices • Early-stage startup experience, balancing leadership and hands-on work • Understanding of business metrics like KPIs, OKRs, and AI product performance metrics • Ability to translate technical AI/ML solutions into practical applications • Bonus: Experience with Fintech AI applications, and being based in Mexico
Benefits
