Description
• As an AI/ML Architect, instrumental in designing and deploying advanced AI/ML solutions for fraud detection and generative AI. • Serve both internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of machine learning models. • Key member of senior leadership team reporting to CTO, working with CEO and Product on product lifecycle. • Advocate for data lifecycle, building reusable core capabilities for scalable growth. • Define opportunities to improve the product through AI/ML models and applications.
Requirements
• 7+ years of combined experience in AI/ML, focusing on developing product-driven solutions and features, supervised/unsupervised machine learning, and generative AI. • Proven expertise in collaborating with product teams to align AI/ML models with feature development and business goals. • Experience in building, deploying, and scaling ML models that directly impact product offerings. • Strong knowledge of data journey, architecture, and engineering practices, ensuring seamless integration of AI/ML solutions within broader product and data ecosystems. • Early-stage startup proved experience, exhibiting the ability to balance both leadership and hands-on "maker" work. • Understanding of business metrics like KPIs, OKRs, and AI product performance metrics to drive decisions and measure success. • Ability to translate technical AI/ML solutions into practical, real-world applications while enjoying the process of experimenting, conducting research, and pushing the combined boundaries of innovation & time to market.
