• Build good problem statements and hypotheses before coding • Influence planning, prioritization, and execution of the product roadmap • Mentor and develop the engineering team • Drive pair programming sessions • Generate technical diagrams to understand scope and split work • Ship code into production
Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in total • Hands-on Engineering Manager with a proven track record of at least 5+ years of industry experience • 2+ years of experience managing engineers at early to mid-stage startups • Experience with JavaScript • Excellent coding and management skills • Knowledge of NodeJs or NextJS and Typescript • Experience shipping code into production, owning the work from definition to customer testing • Ability to write Technical Specs and inspire others • Build a culture of highly collaborative and high-performance members • Guidance on best coding practices, code reviews, and pair programming • Leadership by example • Excellence in communication • Advanced English • Nice to have: Chakra-ui, Awlix, Postgress, Mongo, Redis, Snowflake • Previous experience in a Fintech is a plus
