Requirements

• 10+ years of total experience • Hands-on Engineering Manager with a proven track record of at least 5+ years in industry • 2+ years managing engineers at early to mid-stage startups • Experience with JavaScript • Excellent coding and management skills • Knowledge of NodeJs, NextJS, and Typescript • Experience shipping code into production • Ability to write Technical Specs • Ability to build a culture of collaboration • Leading by example • Excellence in communication • Advanced English • Nice to have: Chakra-ui, Awlix, Postgress, Mongo, Redis, Snowflake • Experience in Fintech is a plus

Benefits
