• Build problem statements and hypotheses before coding • Mentor and develop the engineering team • Plan, prioritize, and execute the product roadmap • Guide best coding practices and perform code reviews • Drive pair programming sessions • Generate and understand technical diagrams • Ship code into production
Requirements
• 10+ years of experience • 5+ years of engineering management experience • 2+ years managing engineers in startups • Experience with JavaScript, NodeJs, or NextJS, and Typescript • Experience shipping production code • Ability to write Technical Specs • Strong communication skills, fluency in English • Previous experience in Fintech is a plus
