Description

• Responsible for Marketing, Sales and Customer Success teams alignment • Shape and execute our GTM strategy and account for MRR growth • Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing team • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and revenue targets for the commercial function • Identify and prioritize target markets and customer profiles • Lead market research and analysis to leverage industry trends and competitive landscape

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Commercial Director, VP of Commercial, or similar senior role in a high growth business • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, business models, sales cycles, and go-to-market strategies • Demonstrated success in scaling revenue from early-stage growth (e.g., £1M ARR to £5M ARR and beyond) • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills • Experience in Senior Leadership team • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and innovative environment • Passion for sustainability and making a positive impact on the construction industry • Experience of working with and managing international teams, particularly those in the USA (bonus)
