Description

• Quanata, LLC seeks an experienced Senior Front End Engineer responsible for web applications. • Develop internal and external web apps. • Review the product at all development stages and make recommendations. • Assess third-party libraries, frameworks, and services for web apps. • Identify pain points in the product or other technical challenges. • Create front end product innovations to increase competitiveness. • Participate in on-call rotation and perform other duties. • Must complete pre-interview technical chat and a full 4-hour technical challenge. • Occasional travel to headquarters for meetings; option to work remotely from anywhere in the U.S.

Requirements

• Position requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, or a closely related field of study. • Plus 6 years of experience in the job offered, or as a Software Engineer, or similar Front End Engineer position. • In the alternative will accept a Master’s Degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, or a closely related field of study, plus 4 years of experience. • Specific experience must include: 4 years of experience with each of the following: application development. • Developing and shipping complex web applications. • Working with modern JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React, Redux, and Webpack. • Working with DOM, CSS (Emotion), and HTTP. • Working with Git, unit testing frameworks (React Testing Library), and continuous integration.
