Description

• Lead solution architecture and engineering of projects focused on building LLM-powered enterprise applications • Be responsible for the successful delivery of engineering milestones • Seamlessly work in a highly collaborative environment by interacting with external stakeholders • Help establish standards in machine learning and statistical analysis • Facilitate effective collaboration of cross-functional teams to understand requirements and implement solutions.

Requirements

• Intellectual curiosity, elite hacking skills and demonstrated track-record of productionizing deep learning research for enterprise applications • Deep technical experience in working with atleast one Frontier Model such as OpenAI GPT, Gemini or Anthropic and quantitative understanding of their strengths/weaknesses over open-weights models • Strong understanding of LLM pre-training, post-training, evaluation and model quantization • Familiarity with prompt engineering and agentic frameworks such as Crew AI, LangGraph • Good to have hands-on experience of building advanced retrieval augmented generation (RAG) architecture, preferably for a custom domain such as Healthcare, Telecom, Finance or Manufacturing • Good to have a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
