🎯 Requirements
• At least 3-5 years of experience in programming and scripting such as C#, Python and SQL, database structures, document object models, regular expressions, data operations, API to handle complex logic and integrations • Ability to decouple Prcess layer and business object for reusability and maintatinability. • Optimize performance vai resource monitoring, loop optimization and resource pool allocation. • At least 3 years of experience using Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence • Ability to document requirements and managing changes collaboratively. • Systemiatic debugging skills using logs, breakpoints and data analysis • Process analysis experience • Working knowledge in programming languages such as: C++, Python, Java • Understanding and experience with QA methodologies • Possession of relevant RPA certifications, such as Blue Prism Certified Developer is highly desirable. • Strong attention to detail with apt analytical and presentation skills. • Strong problem-solving skills • Exceptional communication skills, capable of effectively conveying technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Familiarity with RPA software or comparable IT programming toolkit (Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, UiPath etc.) • A comprehensive understanding of RPA development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall is necessary. • Proven ability to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into effective RPA solutions. • The ability to work within a team and collaborate under pressure in a changing environment • Exceptional communication skills, capable of effectively conveying technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
