📋 Description
• At Qu, you will be responsible for: • Contract Supervision: Oversee the creation, review, and execution of multiple sales orders and statements of work. • Salesforce Management: Utilize Salesforce to track, manage, and execute contracts. • Team Coordination: Supervise and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely contract execution. • Contract Negotiation Support: Provide guidance in negotiating terms and conditions of contracts. • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all contracts comply with company policies and legal standards. • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of all contracts in Salesforce. • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve processes related to contract management. • Training and Development: Train and mentor junior team members on contract management processes.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in contract management, preferably in a sales or technical environment. • Strong proficiency in Salesforce and contract management software. • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams. • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. • Ability to identify and address issues before they become major challenges.
