β€’ Lead strategy and development of administrative-facing applications and services for a B2B SaaS company. β€’ Focus on tools that power unified commerce platform, including configuration, reporting, and maintenance. β€’ Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and enhance user experience. β€’ Own and drive product roadmap, prioritizing features based on customer needs and business goals. β€’ Utilize experience in Restaurant Technology and data analytics to create impactful tools.

Requirements

β€’ 5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or technology platforms. β€’ Background in customer onboarding and training, with experience developing tools or processes that enhance user adoption and engagement. β€’ Experience working with AI/ML-powered applications and services, particularly those that support operational efficiencies. β€’ MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field, preferred (e.g., business, technology, or design). β€’ Proven track record of leading the development and launch of successful products from concept to market, with an emphasis on administrative tools and services (e.g., configuration, reporting, onboarding, and maintenance). β€’ Strong understanding of user experience (UX) design principles and the ability to collaborate with designers to create intuitive, user-friendly applications. β€’ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience leveraging data to drive product decisions and optimize performance. β€’ Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver product solutions on time and within scope. β€’ Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate product vision, strategy, and updates to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. β€’ Experience managing a product roadmap and backlog, with the ability to prioritize features and enhancements based on customer needs and business goals. β€’ Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and experience working closely with development teams in an Agile environment.
