Description

• Managing the recruitment process: sourcing on recruitment platforms aligned to team needs, CV selection, pre-selection interviews, drafting offers, onboarding of new employees • Participate in the recruitment of different profiles: recruitment plan, pre-selection and behavioral interviews, feedback coordination • Establish and develop the Qubit Pharmaceuticals employer brand • Participate in forums and job dating • Update the company page / career page on LinkedIn (communication) • Maintain relations with schools (engineering school…) • Identify events for interest and coordinate Qubit Pharmaceuticals representation • Contribute to the communication on social networks • Participate in the identification and analysis of training needs • Manage and monitor the training plan • Organize and monitor training files: availability, logistics • Ensure the administrative follow-up of training courses: budget management, evaluation, etc. • Contribute to the development of HR procedures • Contribute to skills management: annual interview documents, analysis and follow-up • Answer everyday HR questions and ensure HR documentation up to date • Ensure the administrative management of employees: leave management, medical check-ups, meal vouchers, health insurance • This description is not exhaustive and may be supplemented according to the news and priorities of the team. You may therefore be asked to provide assistance in other areas.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management • 2 to 3 years' initial professional experience in recruitment • Good knowledge of recruitment techniques and sourcing tool • Knowledge of training management and HR administrative aspects • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Sense of organization, priorities and service • Strong attention to detail • Ability to work in a team and manage several tasks simultaneously • Good communication skills in English
