Description

• OCH is seeking a Sr. ServiceNow Developer for a large Government project in the DC Metro Area. • Lead design, development, and maintenance of ServiceNow platform, ensuring performance and alignment with business goals. • Collaborate with teams, oversee project timelines, and manage end-to-end implementation. • Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions. • Demonstrate ServiceNow development skills and contribute to OCH's success and growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Preferred but not mandatory). • ServiceNow Certification (Any of the following): ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM, ITOM), ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA), ServiceNow Certified Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), ServiceNow Certified Application Portfolio Management (APM) • 10-15 years of experience in Information Technology, with substantial hands-on experience in ServiceNow development. • Advanced knowledge of JavaScript, including Server-Side Glide Scripting and Client-Side GlideAjax. • Extensive experience with ServiceNow Studio, including configuring and developing scoped applications. • Proven experience with Script Includes, Business Rules, and UI Policies. • Solid understanding of key ServiceNow modules, including Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, and Service Catalog. • Strong experience with ServiceNow integrations, including REST and SOAP APIs.
