• Quick Med Claims is a leader in emergency medical transportation billing and reimbursement. • The A/R Management Specialist I will provide support covering all aspects of insurance and patient billing to ensure prompt and correct payment. • Responsibilities include making calls to patients and insurers, documenting account activities, and maintaining workflow on aging accounts.
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent. • Minimum 1 year of claims, billing, and collection experience • Possess customer service experience • Prior collections or medical billing experience with a basic understanding of ICD10, HCPCS, and medical terminology is preferred. • Basic understanding of insurance & claims processing is preferred • Ability to type a minimum of 35 WPM preferred • Possess basic knowledge of the computer and experience using Microsoft Office • Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication, and time management skills • Possess problem-solving skills and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with minimal supervision
