📋 Description
• Manage regulatory and compliance approvals and reporting for all the regulatory and compliance approvals. • Conduct market research and strategy development. • File and maintain corporate legal entity as the career school of record. • Work with IT and stakeholders to ensure documentation is accessible. • Draft and review contracts including independent contractor agreements and vendor contracts. • Collaborate with workforce staff to execute strategic plans.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree. • Minimum of 3-5 years in workforce development role. • Preferably workforce compliance direct support function and knowledge of working with TWC and ETPL’s across multiple states. • Strong ability to plan and execute strategically. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Previous experience in project management, paralegal or regulatory affairs preferred. • Proven success in contract writing.
