•QuickTeam is a company that provides businesses with virtual employees to help them grow and become more productive. •We provide virtual assistants, receptionists, and other support staff to help businesses take care of their day-to-day tasks and focus on what they do best. •We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Virtual Assistant to join our team. •The ideal candidate will have experience crafting compelling content, designing visually appealing posts, and managing social media strategies across various platforms. •Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to align with our business objectives. •Create high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter. •Work to increase the visibility and exposure of our business through creative and strategic social media campaigns. •Craft and schedule regular social media posts that resonate with our target audience and promote our products/services. •Build and maintain brand awareness by consistently showcasing our unique value propositions and maintaining a cohesive brand image. •Monitor and engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. •Analyze social media metrics to track the success of campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations. •Stay up-to-date with industry trends, social media algorithms, and emerging platforms to ensure our strategies remain effective.

Requirements

•Proven experience as a Social Media Virtual Assistant or similar role. •Proficiency in Canva is a must. •Strong understanding of social media platforms, posting methods, and hashtag strategies. •Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects. •Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus •Graphic Design •Strong proficiency in using social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and other social medial platforms. Creation of Reels •Excellent written and verbal communication skills. •Creative thinking and the ability to generate fresh and innovative content ideas. •Knowledge of social media management tools and analytics. •Self-motivated and able to work independently. •Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. •A passion for staying current with industry trends and digital marketing best practices.
