🎯 Requirements

• Recognizes that people are the most important asset and has extensive experience in people and careers management within the data career field. • A very technical manager that can discuss data event-driven architecture, in a modern stack paradigm; • Someone with background in both Data Platform and Data Pipelines; • Expert in dimensional data modeling (star schema or snowflake), with knowledge of technical concepts and best implementation practices; • Proficient in SQL and Python, passionate about writing clean, performant, and maintainable code; • Understands the data lifecycle and concepts such as architecture, lineage, governance, privacy, etc.; • Fluent in cloud infrastructure, such as AWS and GCP; • Experienced in designing and implementing event-driven architectures; • Keeps up with the evolution of technologies and best practices in the data engineering domain and seeks to apply them in the team's routine; • Someone with good communication skills, to collaborate with multiple stakeholders (Engineering, Product, Design, Data and Ops team) • Able to deal with uncertainty; • Able to define the strategic roadmap connecting with the business priorities and evolving the tech capabilities as setting the right expectations with the stakeholders; • Fluency in English is mandatory for this position.
