Description

• Understand and map the company's biggest challenges • Justify and defend the prioritization of programs based on business indicators • Develop, execute and manage strategic programs • Promote agreements and prioritization together with different teams • Ensuring engagement and delivery of the agreed roadmap • Report progress and results achieved (KPIs) • Document learnings and share knowledge with peers and leadership • Contribute to the development of the Program Management career at QuintoAndar • Responsible for program delivery and results • Management and monitoring of cross-area projects • Team leadership • Develop and control deadlines, budgets, and initiatives • Maximize business efficiency and scalability • Evaluate technological market solutions, and initiate contract negotiations and/or internal development needs • Resolve issues and conflicts to ensure final delivery • Keep the team and stakeholders informed about the progress and status.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems) or other relevant area with practical work experience in technology • Knowledge of program/project management work experience • Solid understanding of the product development process • Advanced level of English (speaking, listening, reading and writing) • Previous experience in working with executive-level (VP+) audiences (preferred) • Previous experience in developing large scale customer support and back-office systems (preferred) • Previous experience in developing tailored-made CRM solutions (preferred)
