You will partner cross-functionally with leadership in Product, Engineering, Data, and other lines to shape the vision and deliver exceptional user experiences that delight and empower people. Your work will help individuals find and love where they live, making a significant impact on their lives.
Requirements
• Have solid Product Design experience, proven by cases or portfolio that demonstrate your process and decision making. • Have a proven track record of turning customer needs into innovative ideas and user-friendly designs for developer tools. • Have proven experience leading multidisciplinary product design teams and are passionate about helping people to grow and develop their careers. • Have the ability to influence and inspire others towards a customer-focused, data-driven approach to design and development. • Have exceptional storytelling and communication skills, able to articulate and connect design decisions to business outcomes to different audiences. • Enjoy both strategy and working closer to the team and deliverables. • English proficiency is mandatory.
