Requirements

• Solid knowledge in software quality processes and metrics. • Experience in shift-left testing. • Skills in interpreting and analyzing functional and non-functional requirements. • Solid knowledge in testing techniques, test coverage, elaboration of test plans and cases and test execution. • Proactively learning and improving software quality. • Work collaboratively to ensure the customer experience is the best possible. • Good quality practices in software development. • Analytical ability to evolve and iterate the company's processes. • Promote root cause resolutions. • Ensure that a cycle of continuous improvement occurs within the team to reduce defects and incidents. • Experience in agile methodologies; • Experience in BDD; • Experience in Jira.
