We might have the right opportunity for you. • About the Staff Product Manager Role at QuintoAndar • Our product management team is built on a two-sided career path consisting of a managerial track and an individual contributor track. Both tracks provide equal growth potential and seniority levels. A Staff PM is a seasoned professional acting as an individual contributor that has gone beyond the Sr. PM role. You will be tackling some of the toughest challenges we have along a senior team of designers and engineers. • Location • This position is remote to anywhere in Brazil. • At QuintoAndar you will: • Work with a top-notch team that uses the best practices and best tools. • Learn a lot. • Be part of a high-impact project that will affect many people's lives. • Work in an informal environment and horizontal hierarchy. • Staff Product Manager responsibilities at QuintoAndar: • Lead a senior product squad, prioritizing its bets, and coordinating cross initiatives. • Influence business strategy and product organization. Help the business to scale fast and enable a sustainable growth; • Lead OKRs planning and quarterly roadmap for the squad. We expect you to drive strategy, and ensure the execution flowing as planned; • Ensure your squad is well organized, productive, and happy. Iterate rituals and integrate product, operations, design, engineering, data, and QA. • Deep dive into execution, grab different inputs and discuss the end-game solution with key stakeholders. Set expectations and help the team translate complex problems into product vision and roadmap; • Kick-off new discovery streams, anticipate pilots, and validate hypotheses before the quarterly planning. Ensure we are using engineering wisely; • Study big trends that affect your product. Ensure you are bringing insights from outside world and connecting dots. • Coach APMs. Give training and invest in people development; • Play a key role in the PM hiring process and help us to scale an A player team. • About our selection process: • It usually takes around 40 days (from your applying to the end) and follows this steps: • Application; • First Call; • Phone interview with Recruiters; • Case; • Remote Interview with Hiring Manager and/or stakeholders; • Reference Check; • Offer \o/ • Important: Our recruitment process starts with the application form! Requirements
• Product track record: you already proved you are a great Product Manager, delivering high-impact solutions. • Leadership skills: you have worked a few years in leadership positions, successfully managing cross-functional teams; • Hard skills: you are very analytical and tuned into industry benchmarks to solve our client's needs. We are looking for exceptional problem solvers; • Design thinking: demonstrated ability to gather user requirements (even when the user does not know about it) and convert them into a compelling product vision; • Fast-pace: you are used to aggressive launch dates and make decisions in a fast-changing environment. • We will like you even better if: • Your CV includes a couple of years in a very analytical job. We like strategy consultants as product managers, if they have some hands-on experience; • You are already leading a high-performing product team.
