🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in at least one programming language, with a willingness to learn others. • Have already led other Software Engineers into a successful product or platform. • People that are seeking to learn and deliver real impact through high-quality data-driven and structured software, valuing work-life balance. • A strong sense of ownership, capable of managing end-to-end problem-solving, while also delegating effectively and seeking out the knowledge needed to get the job done. • Fluency in Portuguese and working proficiency in English, as we use English for code, documentation, tools, and communication with international partners and teams.
