Requirements

• Product Leadership: 5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven ability to lead in high-growth SaaS environments—ideally during the scaling phases of Series A or B. • Strategic Thinking: You’re comfortable balancing the big picture with the details. • Customer-Centric: You know how to listen and are deeply curious about customers’ needs. • Data-Driven: You’re adept at using data and customer feedback to back your decisions. • Collaboration & Influence: You’ve worked closely with engineers, designers, and company leaders. • Strong Communicator: Whether written or verbal, you communicate with clarity and confidence. • Growth Mindset: You’re always learning, open to feedback, and eager to grow.

Benefits
