Description

• Application of deep learning algorithms, deep image processing and/or machine learning • Proficiency in Deep Learning Frameworks (Pytorch, Tensorflow, Monai etc). • Specific knowledge of image segmentation using CNNs. • Programming in Python middleware (Flask/Django), Javascript (server-side or client-side) • Medical imaging, DICOM, ITK / SimpleITK / VTK

Requirements

• Minimum MSc or PhD in Machine Learning • 2 years commercial or Post Doc experience • Medical Imaging experience or exposure • Full right to work in the UK without restriction, time limit, or sponsorship • Produce maintainable, testable, documented, production-grade code • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Data science, AI, deep learning or machine learning experience either through your job or personal interest, for example Coursera, Udemy or fast.ai courses • Comfortable with Linux-based operating systems • Experience with git • Software design and peer code review skills • Experience with automated testing and test-driven development in Python • Understanding of time, RAM, and I/O scalability aspects of data science applications (e.g., CPU and GPU acceleration, operations on sparse arrays, model serialization and caching) • Experience of working in a team using agile methodologies • Have used CI and deployed infrastructure as code (e.g., terraform)
