Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business). MBA or advanced degree preferred. • Experience: Minimum of 8 years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of successfully bringing complex software products to market. • Healthcare Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the healthcare industry, including hospital operations, clinical workflows, and regulatory requirements. Experience with AI and automation technologies is highly desirable. • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals. • Technical and Generative AI Acumen: Solid technical background with the ability to engage in detailed technical discussions and make informed decisions. • Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities. Ability to translate market insights into actionable product strategies. • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences. • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
