We’re inspired to work with healthcare leaders on our founding vision and unlock world-class medicine through world-class operations. • We’re looking for a Lead Product Manager to work on exciting, high-growth products related to Generative AI and Healthcare. Using your product management expertise, combined with your drive and passion for making a difference, you’ll work with multiple talented teams across Qventus to discover, define, execute, and launch new products & features, as well as to improve and optimize our existing products.

Requirements

• Mastery of navigating enterprise products/solutions through the full product lifecycle, with a track record of rapidly shipping impactful products • Comfort developing products that heavily leverage data, analytics, and AI / machine learning • Proven track record of collaboration across all functions in an enterprise SaaS healthcare technology business (engineering, professional services, clinical operations, etc.) • Ability to span altitudes from vision / evangelism to “getting into the weeds” with high attention to detail and strong organizational skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong, professional presence in working with customers / partners (including C-Suite executives) • Willingness to “roll up your sleeves” and pitch in / fill in gaps when a team needs help • Deep understanding of healthcare operations, ideally in the Perioperative setting • At least 5 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of shipping impactful products
