• Own making data available across all of R2 via queries, dashboards, and alerts. • Manage week-to-week prioritization of data engineering and data science teams by identifying critical data dependencies and removing technical roadblocks. • Lead deployment and integration of scalable systems to automate key processes. • Enhance and automate FinOps processes for seamless transaction processing. • Improve cross-functional workflows integrating new partners, managing global timelines. • Define and measure technical success metrics, providing clear reporting on project progress and business impact.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in technical program management, focusing on data-intensive products/programs and systems architecture in fintech, SaaS, or large-scale technology platforms. • Expertise in data pipeline orchestration tools (e.g., Apache Airflow, Prefect, Dagster) and cloud-based data infrastructures (AWS, GCP, or Azure). • Strong understanding of event-driven architectures, real-time processing, and financial data automation. • Fluency in SQL, Python, or other scripting languages to query and optimize data workflows. • Ability to translate and execute complex technical solutions into clear roadmaps for business and engineering stakeholders. • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills in large-scale, data-intensive environments. • Track record of working with data teams on SCRUM, prioritization, integration, and scaling infrastructure.
