Requirements

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in managing software development teams • Should have more than 8+ years of hands-on experience in full stack software development, writing the code contributing to developing software products and hands-on on DevOps tools as well • Building user-focused products at pace in an engineering role • Designing and implementing service-oriented applications • Cloud native solutions on platforms like AWS/ Azure/ GCP/ Kubernetes • Proven leadership skills in a defined team management position that prioritize collaboration and support • A track record of on time, high quality delivery of outputs and outcomes • A strong desire to see your team and individuals succeed in the wider business and the ability to shape their career paths
