Description

• Primary responsibility is to create a great experience across our retail websites, .com interactions, and user processes that are consistent with our customer control panel and online products. • Work to conceptualize, design, and prototype ideas, and then develop a website that enhances our customers’ experience. • Represent the ‘User Experience,’ by translating requirements into defined specifications, and inspire our R&D teams to develop the right projects. • Drive the design process from conceptualization through detailed user interface and functionality design, usability review, and implementation. • Ensure our website meets ongoing customer needs and remains consistent as you constantly improve user experiences.

Requirements

• Fluent, Bi-lingual (Spanish and English): interviews will be held in English. • Role can work remotely in the states of Ciudad de Mexico, Jalisco, Nuevo Leon, Aguascalientes, Queretaro, Estado de Mexico and Puebla. • This opportunity is a permanent remote job, but you need to be based in Mexico at one of the above locations.
