📋 Description

• At Rad AI, we’re on a mission to transform healthcare with artificial intelligence. • Seeking to add a world-class experienced Machine Learning Scientist and hands-on NLP subject matter expert. • You will be building state-of-the-art speech and language models to support radiologists and improve clinical outcomes. • Develop Advanced Deep Learning Models tailored to clinical data. • Solve intricate clinical challenges contributing to healthcare advancements. • Collaborate with technical peers and clinical experts to refine solutions. • Design interdisciplinary solutions bridging multiple disciplines. • Stay at the forefront of machine learning by integrating cutting-edge research.

🎯 Requirements

• Masters (PhD preferred) in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience • At least 4 post-educational working years of experience • Experience developing and testing NLP models (Summarization, Question Answering, ASR) in a commercial or academic setting • Experience applying ML solutions to real world problems • Experience with deep learning frameworks (e.g. PyTorch), common NLP frameworks such as HuggingFace, and open source foundation models like Mistral, Llama and Whisper. • Experience with LLMs in production systems • Extensive programming experience, with a focus on Python
