• Opportunity to learn, interact, and assist in various aspects of the Human Resource lifecycle. • Assist with projects across our Centers of Excellence (COEs). • Help design and implement a career framework for employee development. • Organize and facilitate learning and development events for employees. • Contribute to employer branding strategy and activities. • Support DEI initiatives and foster a diverse culture. • Learn about the Mortgage Insurance and Real Estate industry through Radian National Training. • Support projects around People Team process improvements and documentation. • Assist with internal communications and research learning grant opportunities.
Requirements
• Required: HS Diploma/GED • Preferred: Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in human resources, organizational development, business, or similar focus. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • A creative and proactive mindset. • A positive and flexible attitude.
Benefits
• Competitive Compensation: anticipated hourly rate from $22.00 to $26.00 based on skills, experience, and grade level. • Must participate in specific workshops and events in addition to intern duties.
