Description

• Responsible for supporting Radian Mortgage Capital’s residential mortgage loan transactions. • Coordinates complex processes to maximize loan sale success and ensure timely closings. • Manages internal and external relationships vital for the role. • Generates data tapes for whole loan sale and securitization. • Supports loan deliveries and follows loan transaction timelines with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience. • 4+ years of mortgage industry experience. • Ability to handle internal and external diplomacy and understand various perspectives. • Effective listening and concise communication skills. • Knowledge of mortgage banking, secondary markets, whole loan transactions, and securitizations.
