📋 Description
•Radicle Health acquires, invests, and operates mission critical human services software (SaaS) companies. •The primary responsibilities will be in people management and ensuring the team is running smoothly, about 40% of your time will be spent directly contributing to sprint work. •If you are excited about our mission of improving health outcomes for underserved populations, and passionate about building great software and an enriching engineering culture, we’d love to talk to you. •You empower individuals to identify and accomplish their goals, give effective feedback, and collaborate closely with our Product team. •You will uphold our values in a sustainable business environment and thrive in a collaborative, mission-driven setting.
🎯 Requirements
•5+ years of professional experience in software engineering (including work on large, shared codebases and leading major projects) •Rich experience with full-stack modern web development (we use Rails, React, and Postgres: experience preferred, but not required) •1+ years of experience as a people leader with direct reports •Experience with product, design, or the social services industry will be considered commensurate to the job qualifications
