• Radicle Health acquires, invests, and operates mission critical human services software (SaaS) companies. • We are looking for a Lead Data Engineer to join our team and help us build and maintain our data infrastructure. • You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data pipelines, data warehouses, and data lakes. • You will also be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of our data. • Lead the design, development, and implementation of data pipelines, data warehouses, and data lakes • Engage in strategic discussions with stakeholders to identify pain points, document business requirements, and define key deliverables • Develop and implement data quality processes and procedures • Monitor and maintain data infrastructure • Document data pipelines and data models • Stay up-to-date on the latest data engineering technologies • Lead by example in developing and deploying scalable data solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, Coding Bootcamp, or Equivalent practical experience. • 6+ years of experience as a data engineer • Strong understanding of data warehousing and data lakes (Snowflake, etc.) • Proficient in establishing data governance strategies, goals, principles, and policies. • Proven ability to design and implement data pipelines • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Deep understanding of database principles, including relational and NoSQL systems, data modeling techniques, and SQL standards. • Prior experience with Snowflake, DBT, Fivetran, Postgres/Azure SQL, Airflow, Python • Prior experience developing Healthcare applications is a big plus
