β€’ U.S. based position requiring citizenship. β€’ Contribute to frontend and backend development for impactful applications. β€’ Collaborate closely with experienced engineers. β€’ Utilize CI/CD pipelines to streamline code deployment. β€’ Remote work with possible travel to Raft HQ. β€’ Intern duration from June to August 2025. β€’ Part-time internship up to 29 hours per week. β€’ Compensation based on experience and qualifications.

Requirements

β€’ Proficiency in Python, Java, or Golang for backend development. β€’ Proficiency with tools and frameworks such as Bootstrap, Ionic, JavaScript, and/or TypeScript for frontend development. β€’ Basic understanding of version control tools, such as Git, for collaborative development. β€’ Collaborate with team members to build scalable, secure software systems for mission-critical projects. β€’ Conduct research to support software feature design and implementation. β€’ Document and report on project progress and outcomes. β€’ Currently enrolled in a Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related degree program. β€’ U.S. citizenship is required as interns may be exposed to sensitive work related to government operations. β€’ Familiarity with frontend frameworks such as Vue, React, NodeJS, Angular, and containerization technologies like Kubernetes is highly preferred. β€’ Eager to gain hands-on experience in either frontend or backend development is highly preferred. β€’ Knowledge of Agile methodologies or interest in learning Agile project management practices is highly preferred. β€’ Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in fast-paced environments is highly preferred. β€’ Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams on mission-critical projects is highly preferred. β€’ Excellent communication skills to articulate technical ideas effectively within the team is highly preferred.
