• About Us: RafterOne is an esteemed Salesforce Summit Partner, building our clients businesses with multi-cloud commerce solutions. • RafterOne's Salesforce B2B Practice is seeking a tech-savvy, self-motivated Salesforce and solutions Lead Engineer. • In this position, you’ll juggle complex requirements and high expectations in parallel within a fast-paced environment. • This is a very fun and rewarding position surrounded by intelligent, ambitious technologists who thirst for greatness. • Lead salesforce implementations, providing both oversight and hands-on contributions to the software design, development, and integration. • Design, develop, and maintain application architectures that support clients’ business requirements. • Familiar with CI/CD and Automation Tools CPQ and Billing Experience on Salesforce.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Information Technology or Computer Science OR equivalent OR combination of education and experience • 3+ years of experience in application architecture with Salesforce Cloud development. • 10+ years of IT experience • Experience in managing and handling multiple medium/complex Salesforce implementation projects • Experience with managing remote teams across different time zones • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies • Firm understanding of web application design and analysis, design patterns, and object-oriented design • Experience in multiple web technologies including: XML, HTML, CSS, AJAX / JavaScript, Web Services/SOAP, SQL • Experience with managing remote teams across different time zones • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies • Experience with project automation technology: Jenkins, automated unit testing, Maven, Ant • Active Salesforce Certifications with any of the following: Salesforce Platform Developer, Salesforce Application Architect, Salesforce Technical Architect, Salesforce Data Architecture & Management Designer, Salesforce Sharing & Visibility Designer, Salesforce B2B Commerce, Salesforce CPQ Specialist • Salesforce CPQ (SteelBrick/Apptus) and CloudCraze/Demandware implementation experience preferred. • Up to 30% travel to project locations or client sites, as necessary
