• RafterOne is an esteemed Salesforce Summit Partner, building our clients businesses with multi-cloud commerce solutions. • Senior Manager-Software Engineering will lead a team of software engineers in a delivery pod structure. • Responsibilities include managing timelines, resources, and budgets while collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to meet project goals. • Oversight of risk management, team leadership, and stakeholder communications to ensure smooth workflow and maintain high performance standards across projects. • Proactive self-starter with strong leadership skills to drive team performance effectively. • Excels in multitasking and managing multiple priorities to ensure project success.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Management & Information Systems, Information Technology or Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience required • 5+ years of experience managing Salesforce projects, with a record of accomplishment of delivering successful implementations. • 5+ years’ experience in People Management • Salesforce Admin Cert preferred • Other Salesforce Certs are a plus • PMP certification is a plus • Business Analyst certification is a plus
