📋 Description

• Analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and profit-and-loss statements to identify trends and insights. • Support month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes and controls. • Assist with ad hoc financial projects and data-driven decision-making initiatives. • Synthesize complex financial analysis into easily digestible and actionable communications for our partners to support decision-making. • Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedural documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, IFRS, and financial reporting standards • Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting. • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, NetSuite, etc.) • Background in cost accounting or financial risk management • Proven track record of complex problem solving and decision-making skills • Strong analytical skills and team player • Blockchain and Crypto Accounting experience (Desirable but not mandatory) • Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or CFA are a plus (Desirable but not mandatory)
