• Collaborate with internal teams to understand customer needs • Analyze product performance and track metrics • Support design and implementation of onboarding workflows • Facilitate integration of company accounts into the platform • Provide data-driven insights to enhance user experience • Work with product managers to define business requirements • Use analytics tools to track and measure onboarding success
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, or a related field • 0-2 years of experience in a product analyst or similar role, preferably at a B2B company • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work with complex data sets • Experience with product analytics tools • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally • Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
