• Be Part of Building the Future of Healthcare Technology • We’re on a mission to revolutionize healthcare with a next-generation care enablement platform that empowers teams and improves patient outcomes. • The work you’ll do here has real impact—saving lives and creating change at a scale rarely seen in tech. • Many of our team members, including former Clinical Engineers and ex-MDs, joined us to make a bigger difference and contribute to something truly transformative. • Why This Opportunity Stands Out • We’re committed to using the best tools and practices to maximize productivity and deliver real results. • Our product features two fully functional web applications—one for clinical users and another for patients—supported by a highly scalable, cost-efficient tech stack. • Built entirely in JavaScript/TypeScript, our technologies include Angular, Capacitor, Electron, React, AWS (serverless backend with Cognito, Appsync GraphQL, Lambda, and DynamoDB), and Amplitude for analytics. • With strong test coverage, CI/CD, and a stable codebase, we deploy and ship new features quickly while ensuring top performance and security. • What You’ll Be Doing • Your work will make a direct and measurable impact on patient care. • Key responsibilities include: • Integrating third-party APIs, including legacy EMR systems and national healthcare services, to expand capabilities like electronic prescribing. • Optimizing a proprietary graph traversal algorithm to enhance patient care, transitioning from explicit to implicit curation using neural networks. • Shipping critical features within your first two weeks that will have a tangible impact on saving lives. • Participating in customer calls to deeply understand their needs, challenges, and motivations. • Architecting and deploying scalable, cost-effective ETL pipelines with version control, preparing data for tokenization. • Deploying active deep learning training and validation systems into production, ensuring seamless transitions to newer, more advanced versions. • Developing cutting-edge features like context-aware chat with semantic search, AI-enabled telephony, and advanced care orchestration tools. • Supporting hiring efforts and helping scale the team while implementing processes that enhance productivity and reduce development time. • (6+ months) Taking on leadership opportunities to manage a team of talented engineers tackling healthcare’s biggest challenges. • If you’re looking for an opportunity to make a real difference and work on meaningful challenges, this is your chance to be part of something extraordinary.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–15 years of experience in software development, particularly with TypeScript and frameworks like Angular, Node, and React. • Familiarity with AWS services or a strong desire to learn (e.g., APIG, Lambda, DynamoDB, Cognito). • A focus on best practices in version control, CI/CD, and scalable code architecture. • A UX-first mindset, ensuring exceptional user experiences in all features. • Strong CS fundamentals and first-principles thinking to creatively solve novel challenges. • A growth mindset, intellectual curiosity, and a hunger to tackle problems that lack prior precedent. • A drive to innovate and create lasting change in healthcare.
