Description

• The Product Owner is responsible for the collaboration with technical teams such as Architecture, Development, Dev Ops, and Implementation Services to determine and prioritize the design, approach, and execution of product development initiatives. • This role requires extremely good communication, is technical in understanding, and detailed in execution. • Responsible for owning and driving the product backlog while liaising with Product Managers and other teams. • Work with internal stakeholders to ensure the backlog is regularly refined. • Responsible for delivering the product through the software development lifecycle process via small, frequent releases. • Collaborate on the planning and execution of the release process to ensure relevant, communicated, documented, trained, and supported product release.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or similar in Business, Information Technology or related fields from an accredited college or university • 5 years of Product Owner experience (preferred), Product Management, Project Management or subject matter expertise in similar products or similar/parallel industries • At least three years of establishing priorities and achieving results through cross-functional teams • Healthcare background preferred • Experience in project planning, analysis and implementation strongly desired • Good verbal and written communicator both vertically and horizontally • Use of Dev tracking software (e.g. JIRA) • Navigation within the software and the various environments • Must be proficient with the English and Estonian language (conversational level) • Flexibility to work on a partial (U.S.) Eastern Time Zone schedule as needed
