📋 Description

• The Sales Engineer - Clinical Solutions acts as a technical resource to support the sales organization in their drive to meet and/or exceed their bookings objectives. • This role identifies customer clinical needs and recommends the appropriate products and solutions tailored for physical therapists (PTs), occupational therapists (OTs), and speech-language pathologists (SLPs). • The SE assists with product demonstrations both on-site and remotely, maintains a sales demo database, and continually develops content for demos and provider use. • This individual will be the liaison between Sales, Product, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, MPT/DPT, OTD, or MS/SLP, or relevant work experience as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech-Language Pathologist • Experience and hands-on knowledge of clinical workflows and therapy-specific applications. • Excellent communication skills required—listening, verbal, in-person, and remote. • Ability to build rapport and trust quickly with clinical professionals and stakeholders. • Deep knowledge of EHR, PM, HEP, and other healthcare clinical applications. • Robust understanding of the outpatient therapy industry and clinical practice operations. • Clinical experience within physical therapy, occupational therapy, or speech-language pathology preferred. • General computer proficiency, including working knowledge of Google Suite, Microsoft Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.), and Salesforce.com. • Travel up to 50% of the time.
