Description

• Be responsible for onboarding and offboarding tasks. • Assist in developing and executing employee procedures and policies. • Assist in administering benefits and employee programs. • Help organize training and development initiatives. • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics. • Responsible for the upkeep of employee files and records. • Coordinate with the rest of the HR Team and provide support as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human resources, or a related field required. • Minimum of four years experience in a similar position. • Experience supporting the HR operations in a company ideally similar to Raketech. • Exposure to Maltese payroll would be considered an asset. • Ideally experience in a global company, having touched global HR processes as well. • Organization and attention to detail are mandatory skills. • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality when handling sensitive information. • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations. • Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management system. • Good communication and collaboration skills. • Good verbal and written communication in English.
