Description
• The IAC is established to support sound investment decisions rooted in diversity and inclusion. • The IAC will provide expert knowledge and guidance in areas such as investment strategy, portfolio construction, and portfolio management. • The committee is comprised of a Chair and at least four additional independent members.
Requirements
• Experience as an investor, portfolio manager or investment due diligence practitioner in direct or fund private investments. • An understanding of capital flows and related gaps and opportunities for the supply and demand of impact-oriented capital. • A strong understanding of the social finance sector in Canada, including current trends in impact measurement and reporting and social innovation. • A deep understanding of financial markets in Canada and changes that may affect Realize Fund I’s investments.
Benefits
• IAC members are reimbursed for reasonable out-of-pocket expenses, such as travel costs, if required. • IAC members will receive a stipend of $500 less applicable taxes and deductions for each meeting attended.
