📋 Description
• Design and produce short-form video content across multiple channels (web, social, customer comms, product) • Collaborate with marketing to storyboard and bring ideas to life • Edit existing assets and footage into polished final videos using motion graphics and light animation • Develop video templates and style guidelines to ensure consistency across formats • Stay on-brand while experimenting with new formats, transitions, and storytelling angles
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in video design or motion graphics (agency, in-house, or freelance) • Strong skills in creating simple, effective animations and transitions that enhance messaging • Ability to adapt video tone and pacing to suit target audience and distribution channel • Keen eye for visual design, storytelling, and brand consistency • Self-motivated and organized, capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines
