📋 Description
• Ramp is in a critical phase of growth. • You’ll work directly with our Sales, Account Management, Partnerships, and Product teams. • This is a key role where you will impact the full picture of Ramp’s growth efforts through systems development.
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in sales/marketing/revenue operations or business systems in a fast-paced environment • You have Salesforce Admin certification or equivalent experience • You're a master with Salesforce and Marketing automation tools (Hubspot, Outreach, Zapier, Retool, Workato), and other GTM tools & systems alike, and can learn new systems quickly • You love getting in the weeds to build elegant, efficient and scalable solutions • You're a structured thinker with a natural capacity to distill complex concepts and effectively communicate them to a variety of audiences • You have a "get things done" mentality; you can dissect problems, identify solutions, and drive these solutions to completion with a high degree of autonomy
