📋 Description
• Assist in coordinating Platform implementation activities and delivery of configured software to clients • Help maintain project documentation and track technical requirements • Support the creation of project plans by gathering and organizing technical information • Assist in scheduling and coordinating cross-functional meetings • Prepare basic reports and draft communications for stakeholders • Learn and follow established processes while identifying opportunities for improvement • Work with Quality Assurance and Member Support to track and document Platform functionality issues • Support project requirement reviews and help identify dependencies between departments • Participate in cross-functional collaboration to understand client configurations • Monitor and flag potential risks and issues to the Platform Operations Manager • Help maintain Platform implementation tracking in JIRA • Assist in documenting Platform configurations and technical requirements
