Description
•We specialize in ITOM, ITAM, ITSM, DevOps & SecOps ServiceNow delivery. •Solve complex problems for ServiceNow customers. •Develop quality software and web applications. •Analyze and maintain existing software applications. •Design highly scalable, testable code. •Discover and fix programming bugs. •3rd party integration development (REST, SOAP). •Write/create custom business rules and scripts. •Work independently with customers on implementations. •Troubleshoot configuration/script issues. •Attend requirements review and validation sessions. •Participate in SCRUM calls. •Utilize strong written and verbal communication skills.
Requirements
•Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field •Development experience with JS or ServiceNow •Experience working with ITOM products is a plus •Experience in Cloud-Native implementations of Discovery, ServiceMapping, AIOps is a plus. •Experience/willingness working on multiple projects simultaneously •Self-Learner and eager to understand new technologies
