Description

• As a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) at RapidDeploy, you will have the hands-on opportunity to work in tandem with experienced engineers to deliver high quality and robust solutions in an Agile environment. • Successful candidates and team members will share a passion for high-quality software, strong engineering principles, and methodical problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years' professional experience in Test Analysis • Minimum 2 years' professional experience developing in Java or other programming languages • Experience with designing test plans for existing and new functionality • Experience with manual and automation for Mobile Testing • Experience with manual and automation for Backend Services • Experience in an Agile and Scrum environment • Experience int implementing and executing complex test cases while maintaining test records • Exposure to BDD/TDD • Experience with using Azure Devops (Test Management and CI/CD) • Experience with Bash and MS PowerShell • Experience using Git • Degree / Diploma in a relevant field • ISTQB Foundation Level Certification • ISTQB Agile Testing Certification advantageous • ISTQB Advance Test Analyst Level Certification advantageous • Familiar with QA test automation solutions - Appium, RestAssured, Playwright • Experience with API testing • Experience with Non-functional Testing • Exposure to Load and Performance tools (k6, JMeter, Gatling etc.) • Exposure to service virtualization or mocking tools such as WireMock
